McDonald's in Ohio

"I was very pleased I pulled in there I got a couple fish sandwiches and bottled water. I was passing through there from New York to Florida the young man that waited on me was very nice"

"Not sure which McDs this applies to so this will be a general statement of those Columbus and Marysville locations. In the past four months the Unsweet ice tea has dramatically changed. The color is a weak brown unlike the prior and better tasting darker tea. That had taste. The new is mostly tasteless and verges on a chemical taste. Unusual for a long tie ice tea drinker in that the last serving I had was only sipped as bit and then thrown out. First time I’ve not finished a glass."

"Oh! I had a wonderful breakfast at McDonald's. I ate every last morsel of my egg McMuffin (no meat)with pepper sprinkled on top, hash brown and black coffee with a splash of hazelnut, 4-creames and 10-sugars. Beautiful new renovations and I was so impressed with the display. I must admit that the employees and manager were the most friendly, pleasant and accommodating, made me feel right at home. Must visit again-keep up the excellent work Rochester NY ."

"The gentleman with the Paul Rich Watch on his wrist was great (i wish id asked his name) but he really showed amazing hospitality and made this one of the best McDonalds experiences. Where people order at Kiosks and the experience is less and less personal service like this really stands out. He is Management material and deserves a raise"

"This McDonald’s location in the suburbs is honestly in a great spot—easy to get to, plenty of parking, and overall a convenient stop when you’re on the go. The food is usually pretty solid for fast food: hot, fresh, and made the way you expect. No major complaints there. That said, the staff could really use some improvement. Service can feel rushed, unfriendly, or disorganized at times, which definitely takes away from the experience. It’s not always terrible, but it’s inconsistent enough to notice. Overall, I’m giving it 4 stars because the location and food make up for the service issues. If they stepped up their customer service,"

"Definitely the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We’re just road tripping and stopped here. The food actually looked great and the two kids at the front counter were the best. Didn’t catch names but the boy looked like a Josh maybe. Great service loved it and heard a manager talking to the employees about the speed of service at drive thru and I have to tell you I have never gone to a McDonald’s and heard a manager care about service so this is my favorite."
